This LHP project will mill and resurface Lighthouse Drive from NE 27^th Street (Marina Drive) north to the city limits at NE 54^th Street.  The project has four phases: South of Sample Road, Sample to 44^th Street, 44^th Street to 49^th Street and 49^th Street around to 27^th Avenue to 54^th Street.  Phase 1 resurfacing is complete and Phase 2 is 90% resurfaced.  Phase 3 and 4 sidestreets have begun.
