Section 125.0231 of the Florida Statutes prohibits camping and sleeping on public property. This law provides residents, business owners, and the Florida Attorney General the right to file written notice with the City Commission of the City of Lighthouse Point of an alleged violation of the prohibition of public sleeping and public camping.

You will need to provide the following information in your email: your name, your contact information, a location of the public sleeping or camping, a date of the public sleeping or camping, and a description or photograph of the alleged violator.
