This project will rehabilitate the drainage system along NE 38th Street between NE 21st Way and NE 23rd Avenue and extend the system south on NE 21st Avenue. The project is designed and permitted but in a holding pattern until the Library construction project is sufficiently complete to not be affected. Updated 4/16/2024
