Please be advised that the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) has begun work on the project to replace the bridge on Lighthouse Drive (NE 23rd Avenue) between NE 29th Street and NE 30th Street (Ibis Bridge).
UPDATE: Project is ongoing. Bridge piers are complete. Contractor is working on items at abutment walls. Bridge deck construction has begun and is scheduled to take 5-6 weeks. Work will reduce vertical clearances while forms are in place. View the FDOT Project Update Notice (PDF).
