FPL is beginning the first phase of their Storm Secure Underground project in Lighthouse Point beginning Wednesday, April 22, 2020. There will be directional drilling and other activities occurring in the area utilizing trucks and machinery resulting in occasional lane closures.
UPDATE 9/21/2020: Conduit and underground wiring have been installed. Transformer installations are underway.
