This LHP project will mill and resurface Lighthouse Drive from NE 27th Street (Marina Drive) north to the city limits at NE 54th Street. The project has four phases: South of Sample Road, Sample to 44th Street, 44th Street to 49th Street and 49th Street around to 27th Avenue to 54th Street. Phase 1 resurfacing is complete and Phase 2 is 90% resurfaced. Phase 3 and 4 sidestreets have begun. Updated 11/15/2023
